VIP Technical Support Request

Please complete the list that follows in as much detail asl possible about your issue.

  • As a member of a Web with Grits Care Plan, you are entitled to:

    • A set number of QuickFix Support Tickets, 30 minutes maximum each (for supporting existing features and functionality), which is part of your Care Plan package.
    • VIP rates for technical support that is not a QuickFix are $100/hour for any work done within weekly business hours (9-5). Jobs that require time outside of the stated business hours is $150/hour.

  • Please be as detailed as possible and include the URL the issue is occurring.
  • If possible, please include screen captures of the web page the issue is happening so I can see what you are experiencing.
